    I've never seen an e30 m3

    am i the only one or has anyone else never seen an m3 in person around. lol i feel so left out :sad:

          besides bmw/e30 shows, and my old job.

          I have only seen one driving around in my town. followed him then we chatted for a bit.

              I've only ever seen one e30 in person and that's mine! Eastern Iowa doesn't seem to be a popular place for classy cars :P

                      the first one i saw was at guten, the thing was gorgeous. that was a while ago though. i can't wait for gfest, i'll get my m3 "fix" there.

                          i've seen a lot! guten was the first time i saw one, well there were plenty to oggle over.

                          local guy has one built by vac with a s54 in it, been passed by him on the freeway more than once :)
                          then his buddy has a hellarot m3.

                              I was lucky enough to get to codrive and work on one for two seasons of SCCA autocross. It's a zinno '88 owned by Chris Conant.

                              And this car is set up very, very well.

                              Nothing like the S14 coming on its cams at mid 5k rpm and just exploding up to 8k. Makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up to remember the sounds ...

                              Of course, now I like nothing more than to BEAT it at autocross, which happens sometimes but not often enough. :-)
