70 miles to go, ~3.5 gallons of gas

I have 70 miles to go of my 730 mile trip. Roughly 3.5 gallons of gas (little less than 1/4 tank) in my 93 cutlass V6. I've been getting 24.5 mpg this far, so the question is do I go for it or get gas?

taking 5 minutes to stop and get gas > running out of gas

Be a man. Do a burnout in your driveway before you leave.

I always wait as long as effing possible to get gas so I'm braving the gas light frequently. I say go for it.

Depends on how many miles you have on the tank. I have gotten to about 330 miles in my sisters Cutlass before she cracked the block

Current tank has brought me about 340 miles. My math tells me I can get 384...I have 50 miles to go

If that fuel pump has high miles.... hell no. Quick and easy way to put it on its last leg real fast.
