    so today i bought

    a 325is 93
    ran a carfax and it says( motor vehicle JUNK vehicle? )
    does this mean i cant register it ?its on NOP
    i wasn't able to go to the DMV today so just wondering ?

          Do you not have the title? It should tell you on the title whether it is re manufactured or totaled or something.

          The bigger question is, why did you buy it BEFORE running a carfax?

          And the even bigger question is, why did you buy an e36, then post on a message board for e30's?

              well for one it was cheap 700 running low miles 146xxx
              looks decent has some few aftermarkets modifications like rims hds shock i havent checked

                                          Pull the parts you need from the E36 for the swap, part the rest, and you'll probably break even.

                                                  I made money off of my parts car and it was smashed to fuck and already mostly parted of any good body or interior parts.

                                                  Either way, a $700 early E36 sounds like a nightmare, even having never owned one, they really don't seem to be as well made as E30s and have therefore aged even worse.

                                                          i picked a 94 325i up for 500, run and drove. inside not bad the headliner was trashed and the pass doors where hit. parted the thing out and have made profit off of it and still have the motor and other parts.
                                                          so in the end buy e36 an part it out.
