      so, the major thing would be whether or not the extensor tendon was cut, does the finger extend fully?

      also if you actually did get the cut from punching someone else in the mouth, you have to watch that very closely, it could be a "fight-bite" injury. Those can get infected very aggressively.
      neglected one here

        I have broken my right hand knuckles 4 times and left hand twice. Went to the doctor the first time and they gave me a sling. There is not much you can do so suck it up. That is not bad at all.

            The flap was due to the tendon being exposed and skin grafts not taking.
            Kinda all else failed last attempt. It's ugly but oh well
