The pinnacle of 70's tech marketed in the late 80's.

    Good vehicles though.

there's a huge cult following for them. Pristine examples go for some bucks. Built under 3 different manufacturers for like 30 years so they're a good design.

I'd take one over any modern jeep.

Slippery slope, I bought one and the next thing I knew I was buried in a snow bank that I hit at 50 mph in my swim suit and a bottle of jager in hand*. They're not to be trifled with

I've always liked them. Never could find one for the right price though.

If I ever decide to buy another truck, it will probably be one of those or a late 80's-early 90's Ramcharger.

I bought one for $650 a few years ago drove it around for a while and used it to move, never registered it or anything though. it was fun to drive around though, it was a rugged light blue with the woodgrain. I'll snap a pic if I go by my moms place later today, I still have it gathering dust out there.

Hell yeah some of my favourite vehicles, although I've always had a soft spot for these..

77, such a good year for automobiles.

Looked at a few before I got my wagon. I couldn't stomach the gas mileage, hah.
