got me an 04 Vino 125. Thing EASILY returns 90mpg +

top speed 60 mph

also got the drive belt cover off yesterday, belt is still in great shape. cleaned off the old gasket.




got in my new parts I ordered today, keyset n such.


did some pretty-ing up of things...the wire wheel is my favorite tool in the shop

Also rebuilt the carb, replaced the air filter, cleaned out the engine cooling fan/ducting, replaced the spark plug and grabbed a battery.

I still have to figure out a little issue with the throttle...seems stuck up on the handlebars side and just about every screw on this scooter in softer than a baby seal and rounds out very easily. I'm gonna fiddle with that more tomorrow, change the gear and motor oil, put some gas into it and get going!
