Well, after legally driving for a grand total of 21 days, someone rear ended me (thankfully in my dad's Accord) at a red light. I was on the way to school this morning. Right now I'm home because I'm sick (sort of...mainly just didn't feel like being at school today), and my dad came back home because his back hurts from this little bump. I guess being 15 makes everything hurt less because I feel completely fine.

It definitely felt like a lot more than it looks, but it wasn't bad.

Techniacally been in 2.
1.) Dad was driving our previa, x-mas time when I was 14. Looked tired and I asked him if he was sleepy and if I should drive (he had taught me before and I always drove when he was tired) He said no and I was like ooook... Pull up to a red light and after a minute of waiting hes out cold. Off the breaks and in to the back of an old crownvic; old mexican man claimed we broke his transmission (No scratches)

2.) A few weeks ago in our Camry. Minding my own business in heavy school traffic to the University. Some chick playing with her iphone rear ended me hard enough to knock the sunroof shade open. Back hurt for a week but it went away so I didn't mention anything.

I've never crashed per-say but I've been crashed into twice while I was driving. Both those cars were totalled and both those drivers were female... (-_-)

Well, did you get the insurance info from the person that hit you? If so, then your insurance co. has nothing to do with it.

I did, I have his name, phone number, and pictures of his insurance card.

And I agree with you, but here's what my dad says:
"Even if you call to inquire about an accident, they'll raise your rates" (Apparently read that in an article, I don't believe it-any comments?)

He doesn't have much more to say, other than based on statistics, even if I wasn't at fault, they can raise his premiums because I'm statistically more likely to have an accident. As far as I know, his insurance doesn't know that a 15 year old is driving their cars (I don't think it's required), if they did know this, I agree that it'd probably raise the rates.

1. I bumped this woman from behind at a stop when she last minuted hesitated and jacked her brakes as I was creeping to the stop bar. She filed a claim even though there was literally no visible damage.

I bottomed out/ 3 wheeled pulling into a parking lot off a busy road, guy didn't stop and hit me. Just cracked the rear bumper plastics.

only one. the day elvis presley died i was driving a 14' refridgorated truck and the brakes went out coming off I 95 north back when you needed to get off and go around philly internat. airport. came to the end of the ramp and had to go left or right. straight was the del river. made the left, truck flopped on her side, slide accross rt 291 and the 90 gallons of gas i had just put in it 25 miles earlier started leaking out and i guess the sparks from truck to ground sliding lit her up. stopped sliding, i jumped out the drivers window and up she went. 90 gallons of gas makes a nice little fire.
any way, that fucking elvis dieing stole my 11 oclock news moment of fame.

Tboned by some fuckwit who shouldn't have been driving. (my first car :( :( :()

and Was passenger in a car and someone failed to give way hit the front of the bonnet/r/h wheel. we stopped instantly, 1m from 40 odd kph. they continued about 5m, narrowly missed a parked car then hit a building rofl.

all the witnesses around (outside a busy store) said the drive of the car at fault accelerated heavily out of the intersection she ran.

driver hit his head on the window I ended up knees first into the dash lol (small car)

3 Fire Engines, 5 Police cars, 1 Serious Crash Unit, and Two abulances! woo hoo!

and all she got was a 150 buck fine!.....

1. rear ended someone in my lebaron who cut me off and slammed on their brakes. court ruled in my favor.
2. my friend in an e28 rear ended someone. slick road, bald tires. r3v'd.
3. a contractor's van stopped in front of me in on my street, i stopped, and then proceeded to back into my 1st e30, happened to fast to put the clutch in and into reverse.
4. someone started to merge into traffic, so thinking they left the exit i rolled forward looking down the road. they inexplicably stopped due to a completely empty road and i rolled into them.
5. came around a turn and hit a log in the road. blew my rim apart and put a scratch all the way down the side of my rx8.
6. an old man suddenly pulled out of an exit lane into traffic and totalled my 2nd e30.
7. leaving a business complex and a contractor's pick up truck suddenly stopped. i stopped and waited. then they suddenly put it in reverse and floored it into the front of my 3d e30.
8. 3rd e30 burns down.
9. just had a lady rear end my rx8 today.

im sure i missed a few. and these were the ones that happened while i was in the car with the engine running.

i have at least double that in parking lot hits.
