in my area there is a volvo that has no markings on it at all.
you only see that it's a cop cause the of the uniform he's wearing and when he pulls someone over you can see the strobes from his grill, lights, and a small one on the dash.Comment

The closest I've seen to sneaky around here is the Sylva PD, who uses WRXs as winter patrol cars.
