Well the bay area tends to be full of entitled twats in general, so I'd imagine yes. The distribution of sucking at driving is pretty uniform though, the prius drivers are just the ones buying $30k pieces of shit with huge carbon footprints in a misguided effort to feed their sense of entitlement.
