My ex father in law keeps coming up as a suggested friend. His number isn't in my phone nor his email. I've had no contact with him in over 4 years. It's kind of creepy.

Sounds like you have an Android. Mine does that, when you first log onto the FB app, it'll ask if you want to sync phone data (contacts, calls, etc) with your FB account. So yes, #4

Facebook stalks its users. It suggest two places I should like that I went to that day. I turned off the locations feature on my phone and I did not use facebook while i was at those places. These two places are 45 mins away from each other.

I seriously think they keep tabs on people using theyre phone.

Facebook recommended my insanely creepy old landlord who I hadn't ever emailed so, presumably #4. It's so incredibly creepy how integrated facebook becomes with your life, it makes me mildly uncomfortable.

He could have searched for you, I'm sure it works both ways. I'm sure it could have searched your phone also, but if they don't have their number posted on facebook its unlikely that it was the cause.
