OS wathever is really nothing more than definitionupdate on a antivirus sw for pc.
Guess your google works as fine as mine regarding that list..

We dont have to be professors to understand why infections till now has been most common on Windows computers, theres x times more of them than mac and linux users, and most of the windows users is wery less skilled..
But Apple is seeking world dominance and most users are really, really sure its impossible to get bugs. Sounds like a "welcome in" to hackers and programmers. Dont u think?

Well, I hear there are a few mac viruses - or so I hear. Most people that write viruses don't care too much about macs cause it's a much smaller market. And they have a soft spot for hipsters that wear girls jeans.

Wow, do I really need to explain that? Because the CC and Bank fraud costs get passed on to the consumer(the rest of us). It's not rocket science.

                This. Lawl.

I didn't run Anti-virus for a long time, but as little resources as AVG uses, I figure why not? Haven't had a virus in as long as I can remember, and by that I mean my antivirus has never detected one and/or I haven't had problems.

Viruses really only affect people that don't know what they are doing. I don't know how many times I've explained to my mom that she shouldn't download attachments from my aunt's chain letters, even though she knows my aunt, yet she still does it. For my dad, I have his computer frozen with DeepFreeze. lol

AVG or Avast. If you you're running Windows, you must run some sort of AV software. Security aside, it's worth the aggravation you save yourself later when you can't do anything with your computer.

As for the whole Mac debate, no OS is immune to viruses, but there is no threat to Mac users in the real world currently. This could change as time passes and macs gain more prevalence.

                      Microsoft Security Essentials.

                      The rest is fucking garbage.
