Right now I have a saab 9000cs as a DD. I need to get rid of it so am looking for another car. Wife says 4 doors and good on gas. I can't pay much, around 2500. I am looking for 4cyl turbo something. I want sporty and to have some power. all i have come up with so far is maybe is a Subaru Legacy GT. I am looking for suggestions. Saab has around 170hp so it needs to be something as quick or more powerful then the Saab. please list anything that may meet my needs. cheers and ty.

subarus get low mpgs. like 21-23mpg. awd eats up gas.
sporty, good on gas, some power, 2500.... sounds like an eta to me.AWD > RWDComment

What do you guys think about an older audi A4 1.8t? i have heard they are fun and tunable? I would get another bmw but so hard to find without rust. I just really like the idea of staying with a 4 banger turbo, easy on gas and fun. I am open to anything though, just 4 door, and can fit the 3 kids. Just don't want to become the guy in the minivan.Comment
