words of advice my grandmother told me when I was super young.

"do what you like, and be good at it...the money will take care of itself"

I work for the feds full time, and on weekends I DJ at clubs.

always had an interest in music, and now I'm pulling in an extra 18-20G's per year doing something that doesn't feel like work. (mind you took me years of practice...transitioned from vinyl to digi...thats another story)

only drawback is the hours...I have a 4 year old, and it's murder sometimes.

Im a NOCC OP for esurance.com basically i monitor the systems that regulate new purchases, renewal, cancelations, etc and work on the csr user side if they have difficulties with one of the programs we use and whatnot. Nothing extremely technical tho.

It makes more sense to wrench on the side and litter your house with multiple vehicles like the chz does.

Now if you have access to a CNC that's different..................
I dont have room in my garage to wrench and I only have a extremely small amount of know how with cars, whereas i do have access to a CNC machine or waterjet machine. Basically the labor would be free and my only costs would be materials plus shipping. Im really not expecting huge numbers as far as sales but this would open some doors for my other ideas. Plus id get to provide the r3v community something special ;)

This is all still testing waters but I do appreciate the support already. If this does not work out I will try something else till I get something right. Determined to do something with my life basically.

Dude i took up DJing as well and i borrowed my neighbors CDJs to do gigs with him I made decent money off of it too but life happened and DJing as fun as fck it is my budget did not allow me to pursue it at the time. I think i may return to it in the future :)

And right on for the support, im not satisfied with my how mundane my life is so i wanna spice it up
