Actually I think I may have met him at the Glen a few years back. But in my experience with him he wasn't a bad guy. Ran a tough bargain, sold the touring for less than I had hoped, but nothing wrong with that.

edit: I was actually out of town for the whole vlad showdown, to be honest I have no idea what happened
