berkley is not that cool, unless your a hipster or a rich hippie. Only reason I ever went there was to buy records, play football & watch Cal games. If in SF go to Ikes Place, it's a sandwich shop, super bomb!"I wanna see da boat movie"

ty for the heads up.
hell yeah. im down for that if you can meet us in the sf... when we are up that far north it'll be a tighter schedule.
if anyone else is in the cities mentioned and want to meet up for a burger/beer, im down for that too.AWD > RWDComment

Fuck Oakland. Unless the A's are playing. Berkley is for fags and hippies, Emeryville is for those people that want to say they live in Oakland, but still have a somewhat safer environment. Just go across the bridge to SF, go to La Taqueria on Mission ave and have a carnitas burrito. You will thank me.Yours truly,
Rich

Stop in Colorado and say hi to my Lambo for me! Webcam chats just aren't cutting it anymore, plus I think he may be seeing someone else on the side....1974.5 Jensen Healey : 2003 330i/5Comment

After you go to La Taqueria, pop up to the Lower Haight and grab yet another delicious burrito from Cuco's, and head across the street to Toronado for the best beer ever. (which is all of their beer)
Also let me know when you're in the area.
Also, when heading through new mexico, take a long-cut south from Albuquerque and go to Socorro and west from there. You go through beautiful country and get to visit the VLA, which is awe-inspiring.Comment

If you're in LA, don't miss Cars and Coffee every Saturday morning in Irvine.
Google will tell you directions...
If your looking for cheap lodging from San Francisco down the 1....
Just north of the Golden Gate ..... http://norcalhostels.org/marin/
South of San Fransisco a bit, along the 1.

-Don't think there is an In-N-Out in SF, other than the one near Fishermens' Wharf.
-The Mission District is FULL of great comidas.
-Macy's Union Square is also a must-visit
-Check out the Marin Headlands if time permits. Absoutely *breathtaking* views out there. I've got a bunch of family friends, and friends from school that live out there. I actually prefer cycling in Marin co. than anywhere else in the Bay Area.
