I've never worn a shirt that said fresh as f*uck before but I did go to class every day pajamas in winter, wife beater/basketball shorts/flip flops in summer. Graduated with a 3.6 and still got a letter of rec from the head of the bio department for med school. I'm also a business owner and whenever I'm dealing with someone I can give F*uck about what they have on. What I'm wearing has never been issue in my life. What I know/do/have speaks for me more so that my t-shirt.

Man , that's awesome. You should hire this kid so he is protected from the rest of the world. I totally want a dude wearing a Fresh As Fuck t-shirt working for me, calling on a fortune 100 company. I can totally see the merchants of said company respecting what he has to sell.....

Do you have employees? Do you expect them to dress nicely for an interview?

Surely someone with your deep, deep, understanding of how the college experience, wait, LIFE itself as a grown up, works should be on a full ride to a state school!
