    Insanity?

I come home from work every morning and I always watch the Insanity infomercial and like I end up watching it for a good 1 hr and keep debating if I should do the program.

I checked for an Insanity thread it didnt have OP coming back with the results. I just wanna know before I dump 120 big ones on it if it is exactly what they describe in the infomercial. As in are the results that drastic in the 2months and is it that intense?

I've been doing it for 5 weeks!! Results have been great! It works as well as you do! Lost a few pounds, but I am in 20x better condition than when I started! They are butt kickers for sure!! Amazon had it for 63! PM me if you want to talk about it!

Yes, it will work if you keep up with it.
        Yes, it is intense.
Yes, you need to eat right for best results.

You'll sweat far more than probably any workout you've done before, perhaps just in the warmup alone.

The no-rest (compared to most workouts) approach is something a lot of people can't handle. There are warnings for a reason, it's hard on some areas of your body. Correct shoes are a must, I started getting sore without wearing cross trainers. Knees and ankes will let you know real fast if you're doing something wrong. Hydration is also key, don't ever skimp on water breaks. Don't try to keep up with the tv at the beginning either, go at our own pace. Slowly work into it.

I did it for over month but lost interest because I couldn't fit in the time for it. I'll be going back to it, but I already am getting my cardio biking to work right now. Although you can always have more fitness. I'm no gym fanatic either, never was, that's why I liked Insanity. I'm not overweight, in fact I could gain some, but being healthy feels good man.

Im not afraid of the intensity, I think its similar to my high school wrestling practices. Wanted to make sure so I can brace myself a little better than going in blind.

Thanks guys, I think this is something I will be doing so I can be healthy and look good in time for the bday. :D

Anyone have a DL link by any chance :)

on a real note, insanity is no joke just download it from said torrents.
i stopped doing it but when i first started i was out of shape. the first work out i did(actually doing all the work outs they tell you) i ended up going over board and vomiting from cardio exhaustion.
i am far to lazy to keep it up though.

Saw the infomercial, thought it looked crazy. Read thread on r3v, pondered the reality. Started today.

I'll guess I'll keep this posted with updates?

                            Day 1:

Fitness Test. Yeah, right. More like "lets see how fast we can get you to quit." Shit was ridiculous, but good. I got seriously light-headed about 5 minutes in, and I don't consider myself "seriously out of shape." Had to break for about 2 minutes and do focused breathing. No joke, it is very intense, but man I've felt so good the rest of the day. I also took a 6 pound shit about 2 hours ago, so it must've rustled something loose in my bowels. I'm going to do some before and after pics with the wife too, you guys interested in seeing how hairy I am or what?
