it is made to rehydrate the body. a hang over is the result of dehydration. gatorade works too. and frying bacon and then eating it also helps.

A client took me golfing yesterday where we played all 18 holes at a very fine golf course in Newport Beach. 3 days ago, was taken by another client to watch the pac 12 quarter finals, where I bet a gratuitous amount of money on the bluffs/ducks game... and won.
The first south swell of the year came in today so I'm about to head out and shred some waves.

Anything good and greasy, a good diner breakfast will do wonders. Helps settle the stomach.

it's not just being greasy, apparently the actual smell of bacon frying helps too. it's not quite known why, but it was theorized in this article i read that it had something to do with what neuron pathways the smell activated.

A coke, burger, and fries revived me for a night of partying. Then to cure todays hangover i went to the local taco shop and had some fish tacos and a breakfast burrito smothered in hot sauce. Whos up for some beers tonight?

I dont get hangovers. lol. Well I had one once, thats because I passed out. Usually when Im drunk as shiit we go eat before heading home and I drink like two bottles of water before sleeping.
