The key to all those jobs is to own the business. Then you take the rewarding jobs you want to do and let your workers do all the crappy grunt work you don't want to.

I feel like many people would be teachers. I have no clue what I want to be, but I'd consider being a teacher if it was reasonably possible to make decent money.
