    Sorry for the bonehead comment and my ignorance. Their sovereignty did come about in the late 1820's.

    I will rephrase it then. The Greeks are moving toward losing their identity at an alarming rate. Especially with the way they have planned to sell off vast amounts of land just to try to keep up with an interest rate that they won't ever be able to afford let alone be able to pay off their debt.

        The US should buy some of that land and have new states in europe. I would buy a house there and drive to the nurburgring. :D
