    if there's no speed gun reading, fight it. always fight every ticket and extend them as long as you can.

      do writen declaration so you write it in and hope they spend the time reading it. you also have to follow certain rules when writing.

        honestly a lawyer for any moving violation is required....too many rules and regulations that have to be followed from before the stop to the court date in order for a perfect conviction.


        had 12 points erased from my charges when I was 19 and only received 2. insurance didn't recognize them.....win...I was honest and then my lawyer made a speech about me growing up and learning the hard way- shit worked


        theirs always appeals too......
