Looking for the video of the cats getting soaked with a hose

I saw a video a while back, I thought it was on here, of this guy that hooked up a motion activated hose to soak the stray cats that kept pissing on his stuff. He wired it up himself and had a strobe light and night vision camera hooked up so he could watch them get soaked. He made up funny names for the cats too I think.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I have these 2 cats that keep pissing on my front bumper and I was going to slightly copy his setup.

You can buy a set up with a sprinkler head that is infer red (sp) to scare away bird when you plant winter rye grass (AZ thing). My friend used it to keep people from letting people walk their dogs and them pissing and crapping on his lawn. It was great fun to sit in the garage and watch. Funny thing is, the TIG welder would turn it on too.
