Sad day for me :,(

Good friend of mine took his life this past week. He lost his job and everything came crashing down. Went home and hung himself.

Known him for better than 18 years. I am honestly speechless in this right now. He was full of life and just something so meaningless like a job pushed him over the edge.

He always had a huge smile and firm handshake waiting for you. Left behind his wife and kids. This is one of the most selfish things anyone can do. I am purely mind blown right now.

I look back 5 years ago .Lost my job,lost apartment,My wife with my new son did not want to be with me anymore and my mom got cancer.
I made it threw all that I kept going for my son.Let your friend rest in piece god bless him and family.

Dam dude, sorry to hear about this. While reading this, although unfortunate, what gets me is the kids. I went form sad to mad! I feel for the family..my thoughts go out to them.

Its always important to be the kind of friend/spouse/bf/gf that is willing to listen to someone rant and complain about the things going on in their life. When things go to crap it can certainly feel like nobody is there, but when someone IS, it helps turn things around real quick.

Sorry to hear about your friend. These sort of things are never fun to hear about.

Thanks for the wishes guys, this is the third friend that has taken his life.

I am 25 and I have known him from Awanas in church(I was about 7). He is a little older than my father and he attended our church and was active in everything from greeting to men's softball. I have seen him honestly every Sunday since I was a child. I just don't understand what happened, just saw him a few weeks ago.

This has rocked the hell out of my life. I am completely at a loss for words.

And yeah, I don't know his personal life of work or family relationships that go on at home. I know better than most about hiding things from people. I am an ex Sadomasochist that grew up in a christian home.

I just cannot get my head around it, people KILL to live but some just don't see the point of living anymore. Just makes me sad, sick and pissed off all at the same time.

Thank God weather is nice so I can take my mind off it with building on my e30.
