I got fed up with tip skimming, hypocritcal bullshit. After a year of no review, contstant hypocritical bullshit from both boss/owners I handed in my letter of resignation. The day progressed from bad to worse and I'm fucken out.

On a plus note I received an amazing letter of recommendation from my head manager and a promise of a good reference. Also dealing with so much stupid drama on a daily basis got me to fill out financial ad and finally start school for what i've been wanting to do for quite some time.

Theres a difference between quitting and knowing when a line has a been crossed. Now I can move on to a career with school starting monday, and a better job in the mean time.
