Saving the last Saab 9-3

yeah id rather donate my money to some human aid organization for some starving kid in africa or southeast asia.

although i love saab, i'd totally drive a 900 turbo, 9000 turbo, 900 viggen, 96, 95, 99, new 9-3, or new 9-5

The fact that we give money to museums, public radio and such doesn't preclude giving to other charities as well. Are you saying that we should shut down all museums and sell everything to give money to Africa?

Preserving heritage such as this is also very important.

Wife bought it while we were separated, put our marriage back together and I essentially inherited it. I offered the same argument at the time, as her brother actually had a trailblazer, but she didn't want to hear it. There were quite more differences than I originally thought, but certainly not worth the price differential.
As for the X5 that replaced it (e53/m62) say what you want but I couldn't be happier with it, and she is Finnally sold on Bmw's. I guess if I can't get love for a BMW on a BMW forum, it's not worth arguing the point.

I've never had anything against Saabs :/ They're good looking sedans if you ask me; understated yet progressive aesthetics poised in conversative proportions, not just fancy sheet metal that's trying to look futuristic.

Saabs are awesome, but this is the wrong Saab to try and save, sorry. A 99 turbo, now I would donate some cash in hopes of them reproducing them.
