Obvious answer is splatter paint. With glow in the dark paint. Maybe even rust part of the frame?

Its kinda hard to rust Aluminum. Polish that sucker to a mirror shine and apply black decals.

Vicious Cycles does some really cool glow in the dark paint.

I vote raw frame with green wheels and tape. I stripped my bmx frame and cleared over it since it's steel, but i think the aluminum would look tits.
