instead of calling people names here-- why don't you calm down and see if the vehicle is even still damaged, or was it repaired. unibody damage does not mean a car is unsafe if it is repaired correctly.

I was a buyer for a couple of dealers so I have a total of 8 years of experience buying and selling at auctions.
First of all, understand that the auction house is not only the "middle man" in selling from one dealer to the other or bank repo to a dealer, etc. On paper, they purchase the car from the previous dealer and immediately sell it to the next dealer and attach auctions fees. So in the case that some that some title issues come up even a few years later, the auction is fully liable for it. So how do they cover their ass from this? They run and auto check on EVERY car that it admits in, whether it sells or not, and if ANYTHING shows up on the history the announce it as "No structural guarantee" or "No odometer guarantee" etc. Unfortunatelly, auto check comes back and sees this and puts it on the car's permanent history thus creating issues like yours.
Soooo, your ride is probably in good shape and you have nothing to worry about. When you bought it it had 1 entry and after auto check updated, they posted the second that didn't really exist. Check carfax and I'm sure you'll only find the one accident.
Also, quit bitching dude, you're not getting raped anymore than the next guy, what he's offering sounds completely reasonable as far as stealerships go.
Good luck!

Today I will be going there, asking if I can get more than $7,000, if not then I will just take the $7,000, take out a $3,000 dollar loan and just pay the car off and get it over with, get it off my insurance, get it away in general.
Again, thanks for the advice to level headed people who didn't get hardcore with their keyboard, I appreciate it. To the people I bitched at, my bad, just pissed me off because I was trying to get some kind of information instead of douche bag statements, oh wait I am on r3v, who am I trying to kid..

I don't know anything about Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, but I'm assuming there is more than one car lot to deal with and they probably even allow selling automobiles privately. The craziest part about this whole ordeal is the fact that you (and apparently everyone you know) is inexplicably bound to dealing with this used car lot even though you're not happy with them. Sell the car on craigslist and find someone else to deal with.
