I have a euro plate on the front of my car but it is same number and letters as back. Never been pulled for it and have seen many cops. They probably figure it's ok since half the people around here don't even have one on and it's the law.

FYI: The front plate matched the actual rear one, which wasn't a vanity plate. That's just what I ended up with when I first registered the car in Hawaii.

yes, you are the remaining .001%, and it looks great!

OP, just get whatever you want. europlates look stupid 99.999% of the time anyway, just have fun with it.

I like my euro plate :\

But, once I paint my bumper trim, I might get rid of it.

I like europlates, they look much cleaner and these cars were made for them. I had to take mine off because of all the attention though.

Is it tacky to have an M3 related license plate even with M3 internals?
I think it's kinda tacky to put M3 on there even with an s50 under the hood

Might as well have a giant penis sticker on the windshield angled into the driver's mouth.

I agree that Euro plates on a DB car are not technically correct. But I just got my car/valance painted, so I don't really want to put the front plate mount back on it and cover it up (TN does not have/require front plates).

So my choices, from least to most desirable, are:
                            • leave it like that
                            • fill the gap by fabbing up something using an extra piece of bumper trim and try to make it blend well
                            • re-install the plate mount and find something non-cheesy to put in it
                            • mount my (real) Euro plate

I have one stuck in the corner of my rear window, says "Slo e30"

I just use it as a conversation starter, it tends to be noticed by other enthusiasts.
