          All the parts were probably taken from the aviation and marine industries, heavy duty parts that have to hold up in extream conditions, they do not care about what it looks like. Now they have more people making this stuff for the auto industries so they can make them look all pretty for little girls like the OP.

            great, but the point is, Alpina and co. actually produced parts that looked stockish. Not riveted Audi bottles on a fender and such.

            marine grade/aviation grade doesn't matter, it all just looks a bit jerry rigged and the point is the other overpriced tuner cars were holding up just fine and even over here on the autobahn.

            I have never been a fan of any of the overpriced DINAN stuff.

                Don't worry OP, pretty sure Dinan hasn't sold E30 turbo kits in over 10 years.
