This could be very good, but they have to have excellent corporate integration. That's how this will really take off. A lot of suits around me use ipads and a stand-alone keyboard for more work than they should use it for, and with this being integrated with the cloud, a user can simply turn off his desktop, walk out, go to lunch, pop open a win8 mobile device, log into the same account from the desktop, and finish the work.

The zune was a better device than the ipod in terms of features, usability, and tech, but it was poorly received due to marketing and time-frame of release.

For some reason gamers wanted to play with other people, not just play with themselves. The PS3 has more power, but not the better experience, therefore people bought the xbox.

It's the AMG vs. M comparison, really. A C63 has way more engine than an M3. Does that make it idiotic to buy an M3, or does driving experience matter?

And, back in the day, PS2 had worse specs than Gamecube or Xbox yet PS2 FAAAAR outsold xbox and GC...it's because they had so many games available and so many of them featured amazing stories and great gameplay

As good as this might be, it definitely wont be an Ipad killer. Just look at the Iphone, there are like 500 different types of android phones and one Iphone, and i'd say the Iphone still outsells the androids.

I personally dont get the Ipad, to me it seems like a bigger version of my touch, maybe i just need to spend more time using one to get it. I don't know what it is about Apple products but ppl really like them and will buy whatever they put out no matter the price.

Only thing I can add is that the PS3 was released a whole year and a half later than the xbox, that is a lot of time for technology to improve so its not like they really did anything special.

The PS3 is far superior in terms of performance and capabilities than the X Box 360. The only reason I have an X Box is because it's better online, only due to the stupidity of the average gamer. If the PS3 had a greater share of the market, the online experience would improve and I'd happily sell my cheaply made POS X Box.

I really hope this tablet is far superior to the iPad. Ive been using apple products for 8+ years (mostly iPods though) and can easily say I'm still a microsoft fan at heart.
