So you're saying you don't have anything worthwhile to say about motorsports, then?

Well at least in the U.S. when a spider bites you, you don't die. When you go for a swim you don't get stung by a box jelly fish and die. You also don't go to prison for doing 5 over and held in higher contempt than a serial rapist. Have to say that's much greener.

Also, not everything is a competition. Do you think skateboarding, or BMX are stupid if nobody is trying to win, or be the best at it?

What do you have against having fun?

the public roads are not your personal playground. if the Man wants to put his thumb on your antics for safety that's his job.

there's lots of stupid ways to have fun. and they are most popular with callow youth like yourself. you may grow out if it and find smart ways to have fun; actually i predict you will.

just don't complain when people already that smart call you out.

Never been to Australia, but in my head I imagine everyone there too look like Russel Crowe.

I have this fantasy of buying an Aussie E28, turboing the fuck out of it and going for high-speed rips though the outback.

    That dream is gone now.

the most favorable comparison is syncronized swimming, the lamest olympic sport.

bottom line- it hurts lap times.

I must say, Ive had two defects in the touring from QLD transport for exhaust / suspension, and whilst being at the side of the road (on both occasions) the bogan shitboxes cruising past the checkpoint was astounding. Just don't get it

Ive been pretty lucky in regards to defects but i know tons of people that have been fucked over completely.... I got pulled over in my track e30 with one seat in it and about 20 things that would be considered defects.... Stupid cop only put down 3 major defects on the form as that was the bare minimum to make me go to court. Defended 2 of the defects and only got a $75 fine for being too low.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. The only real reason I want to get away from here is the whole 'car enthusiasts are criminals' culture coming from the mainstream media.

Who the fuck cares? Their having fun, making a living out of it and most importantly, keeping it off busy streets. Pull that e-brake out of your ass.
