I've gotten myself in touch with a guy via craigslist who is looking for something he calls a 'car buying agent.' Is this a scam, or is it legit? The ad says $500 per car bought. I think it's some kind of tax evasion scheme on his part. He said on the phone he wants to buy 2013 Mercedes and Porsches and ship them to China. Seemed pretty shady but piqued my interest.
