        ....annd power came back on sometime yesterday while I was two hours away on Smith Mtn Lake getting my sunburn on waiting on some fireworks.

        First real shower since Friday. YESS!

        Now I can take for granted all that shit I haven't had for nearly a week.

                  haha had to post that. But yeah it does suck. The electric up here was out for about 12hrs. Although there is some in the tri-state area that still dont have it back on from the storms here. And there was another storm that rolled through yesterday evening. I'm not to for sure if it got anyone or not.

                        We hear about people who open their ovens up for heat during the winter from time to time and either die or set off massive fires here. I was always hoping such stupidity was geographically contained but apparently it's not.
