My wife is the absolute BEST:D

been having a shitty go at life lately...bad luck, bad timming and things just generally aren't going well.

you know that feeling when your e30 is undiagnosed, and you can't pinpoint it?

well that feeling times eleventy BILLION.

get an email from her saying that she's prepaid me to attend a track event at our local pro motorsports track for 16 laps.

    I get to chose between
    Ferrari 360 Spider
    Dodge Viper SRT10
    Ferrari f355 Spider
    Audi R8
    or Porche 911 GT2

plus, I get to drive the car:-D
must be 21+ and drive stick

    DONE AND DONE!

I'm leaning towards teh Porche 911GT2 so far...

          Awesome!

I'd personally take the Ferrari 360, my all time favorite car.

The GT2 would be my very close 2nd choice, but I might be scared to spin it out like a noob the first time I really got on it.

I don't even own this car anymore, but I'm too lazy to change the picture.

So you get to ride with someone for 16 laps then you get to drive the car around the parking lot?

I say GT2 or the viper. Those ferraris are both lame. Viper is a blast on the track sooo much torque.

1 warm up lap (under 60mph) and 16 more at my leisure, along with instructor in passenger seat.

                      i'm going to sweat everywhere.

I thought you were going to say she bought you a new turn table, then I was going to flame you for making a new thread about it.

                          Funny because true.

Anyhow, GT2 because the Ferrari choices are meh.

I'd be glancing towards the GT2. Do you have track experience or are you noob status?

I've been laping about 20 times within 3 years...
I know how to read a track, and have learned how to enter/exit apex corners etc.

                              I'm so-so.

but in a sub 200hp torquless FWD car.
