If lucky, the E36 will die peacefully, in its natural habitat, and be given the prestigious honor of donating its parts to an E30

Then so are E30's. We should just all drive a hybrid Civic because we don't need to drive a fun car.

            Cabestan:

            About $140000

Personally I like Oris, Breitling and Omega. Oris being on the cheaper end...

It will be my next watch, and affordable at ~$1000

Sleeve, your description almost doesnt do it justice!

My buddy wears the exact same one, MASSIVE and IMO unwearable

Ive always loved Oris, my uncle wears them over some considerably more expensive ones. However, the Omega is my grail. No pictures do them justice (most pics of watches dont) but in person they are flawless, and beautiful.

What are you stuck on so far?? Very difficult to make the decision, totally understand, it took me almost a full year to find the right Seiko I wanted.

Just purchased a Chopard Mille Miglia Gran Turismo. Absolutely love it and have gotten a lot of complements.

I like my late 50s early 60s era Omega Seamaster. Its small, simple and keeps great time. Automatic, gold case.

Manual wind is not a big deal IMO, it takes 30 seconds every morning when I put it on and is supposedly more accurate and lighter. Mine is a Omega Speedmaster Professional, so the moon watch kind. I also liked TAG Carreras and IWCs for auto's, but again, manual is nbd.
