That BMW smell

Do any of your guys' cars still have that original BMW smell? Whenever I dont sit in my car for a few weeks at a time, I smell that orginal smell that I haven't smelled in years - that same smell that I remember as a child, riding in the back of the same car

My car smells I'm not sure if it's the same one you talking about though smells , like a mix of old leather , metal , oil , and bit of burned tire

i have that unique leather smell when i enter the car in the morning, when is hot its somewhat less noticeable to smell hahaha

Yeah, same. I dunno what the original BMW smell is but mine smells the same as my friend's did when I rode around in it in HS. I love the smell of the heater for some reason....

A lot of E30's have that same smell, probably something to do with the carpet padding.

Nothing beats that dusty old 911/924/944 horse hair smell in terms of consistency.

All of my/ my brothers e30s have had that smell. Love it.

Toss that cosmoline smell in to the mix and you have it.

I can't smell much without a top, but it definitely smells like e30 with a top on. My dad's car does too. Most e30's that haven't had artificial smells forced upon them smell similar.

OMG I love the e30 smell! I miss it because only my first e30, the red one has it.

it's the smell of the tar/wax they use as sound deadening.

That's the e46.
e30 has a different smell.
