    Attention R3V: Are you looking for a motorcycle?

    So i posted up in a couple motorcycle threads that i work for a good size BMW Motorcycle dealer, and got a bunch of messages about deals on bikes.

    If any one is looking for a BMW Motorcycle, i can get you a pretty smokin deal on a new one. We have a hookup with a good shipping company too, so a lot of them we are doing at cost + shipping (2012's).

    Shoot me a message, or give me a call at the number below and we'll get you hooked up. If you email, put "R3V - *bike of interest here." in the subject line.

    Hope this is OK to help, but after the response i got from other members i figured id throw this out there to everyone and see if we could get you hooked up, while helping us clear out our inventory :up:

    My buddy has a late 70s R100S that is pretty awesome~ if you run across any older classic stuff please let us know. He got his bikes from an old bmw mechanic that was cleaning out his collection so their may be more chance finding them through coworkers than through normal channels.

        The S1000RR's? Ugly is right. But freaking insane!

        We're piping them and mapping factory ECUs getting 181hp at the rear wheel. Thats about 23hp over stock.

        They list around $16500-17500. I can do one of them for $2k off list + tax/titl/etc.

            What are you lookin for? We have stuff ranging from late 70's basket cases to early 60's $35k-$40k restorations! Lots of cool stuff.

                Also, forgot too add, we take anything on trade. if you want to trade something in, we can do that. on the flip, if you see something on our site that was a trade in that you want, i can try and make something like that happen too.

                        Solid bikes. Our service manager in our NY store has a K75 with almost 500k on the clock. Not for me, but if they are done right, they can be pretty sweet. We have a long-going K100 turbo project out in the back of the shop :up:

                        If you want to go the cafe route, id look at a twin. Pick up an R75/5 or R75/7 and you can make a sick cafe bike. The boxer twins are a lot more fun than the K motor, IMHO.

                          Hmm....I'm just eyeballing at the moment. Stuck between getting an e30 in the Spring or a bike.

                              Haha. There are two types of comments on that poster:

                              1. Who the hell is that creep on the wall?
                              2. Holy crap, what does Zappa have to do with BMW motorcycles?

                              I think they cost us something crazy like $300 a pop, from a guy in CA who works with our website/marketing guy.
