Riiiiight, cause the cops down there in 'Murica are so much worse right?

We have provincial insurance company sponsored highway patrol units who's sole responsibility is to catch vehicles and drivers who are in conflict with the regulations and laws. They don't give a shit if you're a bank robber, but if you have a tail light that's out best believe you're getting a ticket. We have bill 203 in Ontario which essentially gives cops the ability to say that any kind of reckless driving is street racing and do an immediate 7-day roadside impound, slap you with a $10,000 fine for doing 50km/hr over and for the first conviction a 2 year driving suspension. edit* not trying to "one up you", just pointing out that you don't live in the USSR and you're not exactly being persecuted.

Do you know how many tickets I've had in the past 5 years while driving 3 different cars with an average of 340hp that screamed "pull me over"?

Zero, I'm not an asshole. If you're getting pulled over it's because you did something wrong and got caught, simple as that. Make more excuses for yourself.

I hear when they're recruiting they require you to show past experience in being an asshole.

Then you have no excuse for not admitting that by breaking the law you are in the wrong and have no good argument for what you did. Grow the fuck up.

Quite a childish approach to think because you're doing what everyone else does you're not accountable for your actions. I go over the speed limit as well, but I'm not going to call all cops assholes because he's doing his job nabbing my ass for breaking the laws.
He should be nabbing the crackwhore I saw living under the tree in the median of the interstate. The sign clearly says "No Pedestrians" and I'm pretty sure public nudity/prostitution is a crime.

people are always surprised when they're doing something stupid or against the law, and then they find out there are consequences.

Its surprising when cops always break that law themselves, but feel like they are entitled to pull over people doing 5mph over the limit.

Working on it. I can't afford to right now because my rates went up from that asshat who pulled me over on 340. 56/45 RIGHT MOTHERFUCKING IN FRONT OF THE 55 MPH SIGN.

    Fuck that cop.

I'm not saying I've never driven 5 over the limit or whatever, but if I got pulled over for it I also wouldn't be surprised, because uhm, I'm speeding.. duh.
Everyone drives at least 5mph over the speed limit, don't gimme that shit.
