You should try Pierogies! They're really delicious and easy to make.
          1. Boil water
          2. Place frozen pierogies in water
          3. Take them out when they start floating

Then you take greek seasoning and put a ton of it on top and you're done.
They come in different flavors and can be bought in bulk at Sam's.

They can also be fried, but I've never done that before...

My 3 standbys in college were:

              1) ramen with a couple fried eggs over the top and plenty of hot sauce on the noodles
              2) spaghetti
              3) cheap steak, cooked on the stovetop, in a 50/50 mix of worschester(sp?) and tapatio sauce. Medium rare, cook down the sauce to deliciousness. I'd never do this to a good steak, but my buds and I loved us some good $5-10 steaks after last call this way.

Do you like salads? Basically all I eat are arugula salads, with some olive oil, ground pepper, and salt. Fresh, Tastes amazing easy to make, no prep work, and it's super good for you.

is chia replacing flax as an omega source?

Yes, and with good reason. Chia seeds have 60% more omega 3 than flaxseeds, and you don't need to do all the grinding and stuff to get the best out of the seed.

^ this, doing this right now.

I survived on potatoes, eggs and ground beef and canned food and build your meal around that. I found that as long as you cook it youll always eat it cause youre hungry and it pays to whip up 2 scrambled eggs and 1 diced potato and fry it up vs some extra light easy 5 min meal that leaves you hungry early.
