    garage additions

So i just bought a new house. its kind of a blank slate, so today i upgraded the garage and added some shelves. Now I've been thinking of building a work bench, tool organization board, etc.

Im searching for ideas. So does anyone on here have a cool addition they want to share?

This is what i built today:
It was cheap but its very sturdy.
nine 2x4's and one 4ftx8ft sheet cut lengthwise into 16inch wide shelves.

Nice bike, I used to have the same one. Sold it for a road bike, though.

I did similar when I moved into the place I'm at now. 2x8 ft. shelves and a 3x8 ft. bench.

        Lots of light too.

Here it is currently with peg board and the drawers I built into the bottom. Also the powder coating oven under the bench and the tire rack above it.

Two nails would be fine for hundreds of pounds per shelf, I believe. That's a lot of kips.
Pretty sure those are screws though.
