well '3rd official' or not, protect your relationship. there are some things to be said for dipping your dick into as many women as possible.. but i really regret losing trust/solidarity in my first relationship. we did some shitty things to each other and that first real feeling, well, its something you can never get back. i hope it works out for you two.

yeah i feel you. we have a really great relationship we hardly fight anymore, and when we use to fight it was over smallllll very minor things.
nothing bad at all, i feel great about our relationship.

and hell yeah pants, being a skateboarder probably has a lot to do with it for me but i wouldnt have it any other way.

im really into snowboarding and skimboarding, and i like to mountain bike occasionally, bicycles are a major staple of my life since my dad is a HUGE bicycle enthusiast

North shore mountain biking = the absolute best in the world. If you ride, you'll never want to leave.

If you snowboard a lot I would HIGHLY recommend getting into a seasons pass.

mount seymour is where I do all my snowboarding, seasons pass is only 250 (early bird bought before september) and they have a great park and the lineups are always reasonable. They have a fun back country with some good pow and the snow is perfect for jump building. Grouse is also cheap with an early bird pass sale but i've never really liked the mountain much. cypress sucks, whistler is amazing but expensive as hell and too far away for me to go (2.5 hour drive from abbotsford) (they also have amazing mountain biking).

Vancouver drivers scare the hell out of me. They tend to be totally unpredictable. Not only that, the mega-extra short yellow lights have people jumping on their brakes suddenly, or cause you to jump on your brakes extra suddenly hoping the guy behind you is paying attention. Most of the lights also seem to be camera lights so if you run the red light, you get a ticket.

I don't know about skate parks, but there is or used to be an indoor Velodrome there. I think its got the steepest sides in North America at like 45 degrees? (Don't quote me on that number, all I can remember is that the sides are crazy steep.)

The ferry rides up there are pretty awesome as well. Either going over to Vancouver Island or up to Gibsons.

Do I like Vancouver? Yes, do I want to live there? Perhaps. Heck there is even a good following of Datsun roadster people up there as well as Alfa Romeo owners.

By the way, R32 Skylines might as well grow on trees up there (and there are a lot of trees.) In the 3 days I was up there I must have seen 10 of them, and in 2 hours I saw four of them while having my car looked over at a shop. They are cheap as well. Have a look here. http://forums.gtrcanada.com/cars-sale/

After growing up on the priairies I can honestly say that only now that I've been away from there that I appreciate it. Yes there are rustier cars, but on the upside living expenses are cheaper (as nobody wants to live there), the weather is more consistant, and there are MORE job opportunities and opportunities to start a business.

On the downside you RELY on having a working vehicle and driving it daily. As such cars really dn't last as long due to the harsher climate. I have been driving my e30 year round, and the closest it gets to winter driving is a bit of slush that usually melts by later in the day. Heck, where I live and work they dont' even plow the streets or put salt down (near Stanley park).

Overall, if you wanna expierience a different way of life from SoCal, I'd recommend moving somewhere inland like Utah or Idaho.
If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

                      i'm from norcal ;)
ive been to inland places, they really open up up your brain and feel nice and spacious but then your bored as fuck and you miss the ocean and hills.
wherever i live in my life i know i want to be somewhat close to the coast.
although texas is pretty awesome, but even then there is a southern coast.

Student visa, and work visa required.

Fwi remember, a student visa allows you to work on campus only.
