Any one from Wichita Kansas ?? im going to fly out thursday to work at the new casino "KANSAS STAR" what is there to do around there lol I've been there once before and seemed dead!! hahaha let me know maybe i can pick up some parts too or grab a beer ....

I live in Lawrence, and aside from KC its the only part of Kansas I could ever live in. That being said, I am from NY and as soon as I graduate I'm packing up my car and heading straight east.

Born and spent the first 16 years of my life there. Its a blue collar town with a declining the economy. Out east there are some relatively wealthy and/or attractive women but otherwise its what you'd expect from Kansas.

Old town can have some life, there are a bunch of bars down there. Downside is its pretty blue-collar (read white trash). Otherwise you could see what the scene on the east side is like, MAYBE pull some decent trim if you have some game.

Its got that small town lameness but not small enough to just roll in, say "Im from the big city" and fuck everyone is sight. Its about 400k or so in the whole area.

hahhahha ill try that but lets just say I stand out like crazy .. im Hispanic last time i went people stared like if i was lost hahahahha but ill go bar hopping and enjoy being out of the city .

Wichita is on I35, brown people are not out of place.

i went there last year for the USATF junior olympics that my brother ran in. it was pretty boring outside of the track meet. well there was the space center place ( i forget the name) and the native american park thingamajig and cattle town.
