screenplay ideas

A hobby of mine is writing screenplays, and I'm currently writing one inspired by the tuning DIY culture, with regards to e30's and other BMW's, as well as other popular sports cars. A part of the story deals with a 15 year old kid who is a very talented mechanic who works at a junkyard. By himself, he builds his first car. I thought about him using the shell of an e30, and then implanting some insane engine, like from a wrecked Porsche, or even Corvette. The crazier, the better. I would appreciate any ideas on stuff like this, including suggestions for different car bodies he could use, or even interior stuff. The car will be completely black on the outside, with a white interior (obvious symbolism). But the car has to be fast, really fast, and basically unidentifiable to the average person, namely cops.

Also, his parents are very rich, but are never home. What could they be doing? I'm open to all suggestions.

My ex GF is a writer, she never asked me for ideas. Most of her stuff just came to her head.

I would just go with whatever you want... its your writing.

his car should be a bmw isetta with a viper engine strapped to the roof. seriously.
