Yawn. Marginally breaking a record that was set 52 years ago is impressive? Nah

Don't get me wrong, it's still an amazing feat...it's just not nearly as astounding as doing it with 1950's technology.

Sorry I'm not so easily impressed and ready to praise the guy simply because redbull told me I should

Repeat Kittinger's jump with his equipment, then you've achieved something.

Has there been an interview or something? I want details on what happened breaking the speed barrier.
Really want to see the body cams.

I enjoy they aren't alone in that. Paypal and Amazon money is also going into space (Musk's SpaceX and Bezos's Blue Origin). The private space race ought to be very cool and exciting - especially since these companies are not just sitting on their cash and branching out in blossoming industries instead.

I am really surprised this dude is even able to walk with the huge Tungsten Balls that he has got to have to pull something like this off. I watched it and am convinced its why he didnt break the free fall elapsed time record, his huge tungsten balls pulled him down much faster than was expected.
                  haha man, but also true.
