    Seeing she's done this kind of stuff before, this whole training thing seems a bit pointless to me. I say do what is expected of you in regards to training her (try not to over-do it), then move on to your new gig. If this chic lets 'dead air' occur on her watch, your ass is safe. Don't worry about her complaining-about-everything-ass.....worry about yours.

    I'm sure many of us have been in a similar situation like yours. I work at a large law firm with cut-throat office politics calling the shots while much of the support staff seems to be of the half-baked variety. I plan on leaving this job of mine very soon......getting tired of dealing with the BS.
