Indubitably exquisite discussion, my friends. I love the fact that I can just sit in my sport seat and the potential movement of the car is almost tangible.

It's old enough to not have too many electrical driving aid bs things in the way of the actual driving and after the 100's of different cars I've driven I like the drivers position in the E30 the most!

I fully agree with these guys + my e30 has never left me stranded anywhere. Just keep up with regular maintenance and it will keep going.

I loved mine cause it was a smaller car with a inline six and was rwd. It had boxy looks that i liked, and was kind of straight forward to work on. Eventhough i'd draw attention from the local baggy pants kids with it, i would get an older guy in his 40's-50's who would come up to me and talk to me more then just how the car looked. And they where e30 or 2002 owners. Yes i'm rooted deeply into domestic cars, but an e30 got me to look into a whole other car world that i missed out on before. I was that domestic car guy who turned his nose up at foreign cars and be like, fuck that foreign piece of shit! Like many on here do with domestic cars...

But to where ever my old e30 is at, whether or not it rusted in half, or is just sitting somewhere, or being driven. There are times i miss it....

I love mine for the overall package.

When I look at it, or drive it I see what I put together to make a very enjoyable car to drive and doesn't look like all the other boring rides out there. The collection and searching for just the right parts makes it that much more fun too.

                    It's fast and it's cheap. That's it.

Seven years of ownership of my coupe has me emotionally attached to it. I take pride taking a look back and thinking that I did a lot of work to that thing to make it look/sound/smell/go that way. Not having car payments sure sweetens the deal.

I love it because the way it is set up it makes me feel like a way better driver than i really am. Ive had many cars but never connected to any other like the e30

I'll get a sore neck from whipping my head around to look at a clean e30 driving by me, whereas a new M3/M5/3 barely elicits a response. Not sure what you'd call that, but that's why I like e30s.

This is the truth right here, you feel everything that the car is telling you.

It feels awesome to drive my e30, although it currently is sitting in front of my house not receiving the attention it should!
