I need help with my LCD TV

Mitsubishi LT-3040 I bought new several years ago.

So the audio is not working. I have been using my Bose companion, which is ok but I want to get the audio working.

Because the Monster cables are so stiff, I may have loosened the sound card..

    I appreciate any help. Thanks.

I am tempted to just write a letter to Mitsubishi.

are there any blown capacitors, as I dont have a Mitsubishi tv so this is just a shot in the dark. I had an issue with my lcd Polaroid tv power supply and it was a blown capacitor so it might be the same for your sound card.
          hope this helps.

remove the back of the tv ( unplug first) Go through the circuit boards and look for blown cap on capacitor (the cap itself will be slightly bulging). If one is found get the rating off of it and get a new one to solder in.
also if you send me some pics of what is going on with the "sound card" as it may just be a lose wire
