That bottom pic is of "El Estadio Monumental" In Buenos Aires, Argentina. The team is "River Plate". Ive been there. If you guys have never been to a soccer game in Europe or South America, you havent lived, theres nothing like it. The WHOLE stadium screaming in unison a versed song of their team with all sorts of insults, and songs for each situation of the game that can be hilarious. Sometimes the fans of opposing teams sing back and forth taunting eachother. It seems silly, but you cant imagine the energy that you feel when you hear 50K+ people in that kind of pasion por el futbol. Not like the ghey "De-Fense" bullshit you have here. Only tough part is not getting dead, lol.Last edited by CleanAzzE30z; 12-23-2005, 10:10 AM.

A friend of mine is studying abroad here (originally from England) and he was pretty surprised that they let the Notre Dame fans mingle with the Purdue fans in the stands at the game. I can't imagine what would that would be like if we were at hardcore as soccer fans. I was just sad that of the three times I've been to Europe, I have never gotten a chance to see a real soccer match.Originally posted by CleanAzzE30zIf you guys have never been to a soccer game in Europe or South America, you havent lived, theres nothing like it. In Argentina, the opposing fans have their own streets cut off from the home teams stadium leading to the it so they can get in in their own section. I went in the wrong way one time, good thing we were in our home stadium or just heavy insults wouldnt have been all that the other teams fans brandished. Fun, but rediculous at the same time.
