Had to let a guy go yesterday

I hate doing this, but yesterday we had to let one of our techs go.
even though he was a young guy he was a team player and always ready to do whatever he was asked to do, we simply could not afford to have him anymore.

how can r3v help?
we are really slow right now and really need more cars to paint.
i dont want to let any more guys go, specially our certified techs they would be impossible to replace.
