Parker, you're about a week late on this one.
This chick looks to be the Saudi Arabian Paris Hilton. Lots of money, fairly attractive with a famous name trying to ride it into a career. She's one of 130 or some odd "bin ladens", a big family going back 50+ years in Saudi affairs.
